Founder of the Law Office

Attorney Stefan Bubanja is the founder of an independent law office based in Belgrade. He was admitted to the Register of the Belgrade Bar Association in 2021, after which he began practicing law independently and successfully developed his firm, which today provides legal services to a large number of companies, entrepreneurs, and private individuals.

The office operates in Serbian and English, which enables effective cooperation with domestic and foreign clients, as well as providing legal support to foreign companies operating on the market of the Republic of Serbia.

The work of the office is based on three fundamental principles: precision, strategic approach and mutual trust, with a commitment to finding the most effective legal solutions for each client.

Education and professional development

Stefan Bubanja completed his primary and secondary education in Kragujevac, after which he graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Kragujevac.

He began his professional career in 2018 in Belgrade as a legal trainee in the law office of attorney Dragoslav Ljubičanović, where he gained significant experience working on various legal cases. He continued his professional development at VP Law Office, where he further developed expertise in commercial and corporate law, as well as in providing legal support to business entities.

In 2021, he passed the bar and judicial exams, achieving a particularly notable result in the field of commercial law. In the same year, he founded his own law office and began practicing independently, dedicated to further professional development and building long-term relationships with clients.

Attorney Stefan Bubanja provides comprehensive legal support to both individuals and legal entities, with a particular focus on commercial and corporate law. His extensive experience working with companies has enabled him to develop a practical, business-oriented approach to resolving legal matters and protecting clients’ interests.

A significant part of his work includes representation before courts and other state authorities, conducting civil, non-contentious, enforcement, and misdemeanor proceedings, as well as providing legal protection in complex disputes.

The office also provides expert assistance in the area of property law, including real estate transactions, verification of legal security in transactions, and the preparation of all accompanying documentation.

A significant part of the practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, compensation for material and non-material damages, as well as matters in the field of family and inheritance law. In working with clients, particular emphasis is placed on preventive legal protection, risk minimization, and achieving favorable out-of-court settlements whenever this is in the client’s best interest.
